Honest, Professional, Affordable
Jacob has been in the retail / customer service business for over twenty years, and has received numerous honors and awards for his outstanding level of personal service. He has received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management Leadership and Human Resources Management from Portland State University. Jacob has always enjoyed working hard for the customer's satisfaction and their loyalty in return. These beliefs helped lead to a partnership with Chris in developing a small business that could impact customers the same way they both have for years, building and developing something that caters to the needs of the customer.
During Chris's time working as a technician he has had the opportunity to work on everything from race ready Dodge Vipers, business owned Sprinters, and all the daily driven vehicles in between. What's important to Chris is making sure the customer is thoroughly happy. This had led to many customers coming back time and time again, to get that same great personal service. In turn, the variety in work changes things up, but mainly, it comes down to being the one place your customer wants to go.
Jacob is a dedicated father of two and a devoted husband. When Jacob is not at the shop, he is busy with the kid's sports and other after school activities. Besides automotive interests, Jacob finds time for other creative outlets, such as painting, welding, carpentry, and wood working.
"Working with customers has never really felt like a job to me. It has always felt like I was helping out a friend."

We want to be the auto maintenance and repair facility for all your automotive needs.
Chris was a top level automotive technician and an automotive instructor for twelve years when he decided to go out on his own and open up an independent automotive repair shop in Virginia Beach, VA. When the county closed his and other local businesses down due to eminent domain (street widening), Chris moved back to Oregon. After putting his time in working for someone else, and now over twenty years of experience and training, he ventured out and opened another independent repair shop.
